What is the return policy for unwanted items?

Any unwanted items must be returned and received by us within 30 days of your delivery date. The condition of the item(s) you wish to return needs to be new, unused, and in its original packaging, as it was received by you. Original shoe boxes and other packaging containers must also be returned undamaged and in unused condition as these are considered a part of the product. When trying on an item, please ensure it does not come into contact with perfumes, sprays, creams, or other substances, and make sure footwear is tried on a clean, soft indoor surface. We offer returns on thousands of our products; any items that aren’t eligible will be clearly stated on the product pages.

The following items in particular cannot be returned:

  • Made to order
  • Custom products
  • Products marked as non-returnable within the product details
  • Hair accessories (returnable only if not worn)
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift boxes
  • Bottles/Dummies (only accepted if unopened and returned in sealed packaging)
